Love Your Melon Day is an annual celebration in honor of our company anniversary. Love Your Melon began in October of 2012, and today we are celebrating our journey over the past five years and honoring the children we are dedicated to supporting.
This year, in honor of Love Your Melon Day, we launched our first-ever children's book, The Adventures of the SuperCrew!
This exciting story is designed to encourage children battling cancer and empower children everywhere to overcome fear and discouragement in the midst of difficulty. The book will be distributed to all hospitals across the nation where Love Your Melon provides hats to children battling cancer. You can join the fun and read or purchase the story!
This Love Your Melon Day, we're also celebrating by visiting over 150 hospitals and Ronald McDonald Houses and giving over 10,000 hats to children battling cancer across the country. Our aim is to put a smile on the faces of thousands of children and provide them with therapeutic experiences as they undergo the difficulties of pediatric cancer treatment.
