The University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital provides a broad range of pediatric programs and care for children battling cancer. This hospital is a leader in pediatric oncology services as well as top-notch research and was the site of the first successful pediatric bone marrow transplant.
Love Your Melon is proud to partner with the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital to provide $400,000 in support of the fight against pediatric cancer.
Part of these funds allow the hospital to create the Love Your Melon Lounge inside of Kyle Rudolph’s End Zone at the hospital. This will be a safe and positive environment to give children and teens the freedom to relax and play amidst the difficulties of their treatment. Additionally, our funds will directly support research and clinical trials for brain tumor vaccine therapy and bone marrow transplants. This allows groundbreaking researchers to continue their study and tests, ultimately moving closer to breakthroughs and cures for pediatric cancer.
