Love Your Melon BOGO Day takes place once a year, where all available products are Buy One, Get One Free. BOGO is the best deal of the year that we offer, and it enables us to make room to release more new and exciting products for you! This year, our BOGO promotion begins on Monday, March 7th, 2022 at 12 AM CT and ends at 11:59PM CT. 

Customers have the opportunity to sign up for early access on our website beginning February 21st with your email address to receive an exclusive access code to shop BOGO 6 hours early, beginning on Sunday, March 6th at 6 PM CT. Buy One, Get One will be available on our entire shop until supplies last. 


When does BOGO begin?
BOGO begins this year on Monday, March 7th at 12 AM CT and ends at 11:59PM CT. Product sells out quickly, so we are giving customers the option to sign up for Early Access, which begins on Sunday, March 6th at 6 PM CT. To sign up for early access, visit loveyourmelon.com and enter your email. You will be emailed a code to enter on our site when BOGO begins. 


What is Early Access?
Customers have the option to sign up for Early Access on our website beginning now to receive an exclusive code to shop BOGO 6 hours early on Sunday, March 6th at 6 PM CT. All you need to do is visit our website and enter your email address to receive the exclusive code. All codes are unique and will be sent out 2 hours prior to BOGO Early Access beginning.


Here’s how the promotion works:

  1. Place at least two (2) items in your cart.

  2. The lowest priced item(s) will automatically be reduced to $0.
    Example: If you order 1 pom beanie ($45) and 1 beanie ($35), the beanie will be automatically reduced to $0 in the cart.

  3. You must have an even number of items in your cart for the automatic Buy One, Get One Free promotion to apply. We cannot add items to your order after placing, so please ensure your order is correct prior to checking out.
    Please note: all items purchased during BOGO are final sale and are not returnable.


What is included in BOGO?
All products you see on our website are included in the promotion! Any inapplicable items will be removed from the website prior to the promotion. We will have over 1,500 products for you to choose from during our BOGO Week and products will be available until they are sold out.


Do both items have to be the same? 
No. You can mix and match as many items as you'd like. The free item(s) will be the lowest priced item(s) in your cart. You must ensure that there is an even number of products in your cart to receive the Buy One, Get One deal on all items. See the example under "Here's how the promotion works:" section above.

 
Can I reserve items by placing them in my cart?
All items are on a first come, first serve basis. Due to the popularity of our annual BOGO sale, items tend to sell out fast due to high demand. Because of this, items in carts are not reserved. 


What if the item I want is out of stock? 
Some products sell out faster than anticipated, so we suggest signing up for a restock notification as select items may be restocked throughout BOGO at low quantities. However, we cannot make any guarantees on any specific items.


Can I use a discount code on BOGO Day?
No. All discount codes, including shipping codes, will be disabled during the promotional period. If you have received a code to use in the past due to a previous defective order, please contact us here and we will refund you the value of the code. 


Can I combine shipping on two or more orders?
No. Once an order has been placed, we cannot combine the order with another, or refund shipping costs if you place multiple orders. We recommend placing a single order with all the items you desire to minimize shipping costs.


Is the promotion available to international customers?
Yes! Our promotion is available to international customers as well, but international shipping rates will apply at checkout.


What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email and our team will start to put your order together! If you don’t receive a confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, please visit our Contact Us page here so that our team can better assist you.

Please note, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out due to the high volume of orders we are expecting throughout this promotional period. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note that some orders will be shipped in separate packages with multiple tracking numbers.


How long does shipping take? 
Due to the higher volume of orders expected during our Buy One, Get One period, your  order may take up to 5 business days to ship. 

During BOGO, we will only be offering standard shipping methods for domestic and international orders. Expedited shipping will be disabled during the promotional period as we expect a high volume of orders.

Please note that the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the shipping country and the weight of the order.

Last mile delivery for U.S. standard shipping is completed by USPS.


Once my order is placed, can I make any changes?
You may make changes, update your shipping address, or cancel your order from your order confirmation page within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this period, your order is dispatched to our distribution center and changes cannot be made.

If you have made a mistake on your order, we recommend canceling your order and placing a new order with the corrections made. Please note that all cancellations are final and we cannot guarantee the items in your original order will still be in stock. 

For shipping address changes, you will have 30 minutes after placing your order to update your shipping address on your order confirmation page to ensure delivery. 


Can I cancel my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. At this point, you can click on the ‘View My Order Status’ button to cancel your order, if desired. However, you can only cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing.
Please note that all cancellations are final and we cannot guarantee that items in your original order will still be in stock. 


Can I exchange or return items from BOGO?
All items purchased at a discount or during sales promotions such as our BOGO period are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you believe that you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please visit our customer care page for further assistance.


I placed an order before BOGO, can I get a price adjustment on my order? 
The website will be open to shop between now and the beginning of BOGO to get all the products you love sooner. However, any orders placed outside of the BOGO promotional period will be at full price and will not be eligible for the discount. We do not offer price adjustments on any orders placed outside of BOGO. We recommend waiting until BOGO begins to place your order and take advantage of our annual sale.
